Water
conditioner must be added to your mattress every six months. Please
note the data on the valve label.
Always
extract air from the mattress as - a waterbed should be noiseless. Please
use an air extractor.
We recommend
regular cleaning of the mattress with vinyl cleaner, this will keep
the mattress supple.
Importantly
- Please check regularly that the liner is in place and in good condition.
This will prevent any spillage in the event of a leak occurring.
For optimum
comfort - we strongly recommend that measured amounts of water are added to
the mattress by pouring into the valve or removed by siphoning into a bucket
with perhaps a wine tube. The amount of water held in the mattress can alter
the feel of the bed and must be correct for the persons weight upon it.
A mattress
protector will help maintain and protect the mattress - and is fully washable.
